No excuses for not having enough time to work on your fitness. The new 30 minute circuit at FitzGYM is a great way to make time for your health, fitness and wellbeing.
No need to sign up to a class if that is not your thing, you can join any station on the circuit at any time and workout when it suits you (within regular opening hours).
Not an intimidating gym!
There are no mirrors at FitzGYM and no reason to be intimidated by large weights machines or countless dumbell racks. Come enjoy our air-conditioned facility at your own pace. The circuit consists of various hydraulic resistance machines, which increase the resistance as you increase the effort. Start out easy and work your way up. As your strength improves, you push harder and the machines respond with more resistance, making them ideal for any fitness level.
Young or old, big or small, FitzGYM is a great way to keep yourself in good health.
Our Circuit Equipment
Our equipment covers your entire body and each is typically done for a one minute interval with one minute between spent doing an aerobic exercise on a mat at your own pace.
